Lee Barnett

Lee is a Global Leadership Development, and Change Management Leader with over 15 years of experience in consulting and training in the fields of leadership development, emotional intelligence, change management and team-building.  He has managed global projects, as well as local consulting and training for teams and individuals.  Lee has also provided consulting and training support for organizational change in technology, utilizing emotional intelligence to navigate the constant changing work places.

A native of England, Lee is gifted in connecting the hearts of those he comes in contact with. His expertise in leading global and virtual teams creates an excellent foundation for working with companies in every corner of the world.

 

Tonya Gray

Tonya Gray

Tonya Gray is a communication and business professional with eight years of experience in marketing and business development with a Fortune 500 company. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University (ASU) and has earned her M.B.A. from Keller School of Management in Scottsdale, Arizona. Tonya is an advocate and proficient user of social media and has developed, implemented, and measured new media communication strategies for local non-profits utilizing tools including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

Tonya Gray has experience in diversity and leadership development. At ASU, she worked with the Intergroup Relations Center to facilitate intergroup dialogues and address on-campus inclusion issues. Tonya founded a new student organization and local chapter of the social awareness organization, SWIRL, Inc., which raised awareness about the mixed race identity.

Tonya Gray was listed as a “person to watch” by the Arizona Business Journal (February 2001) and has served on non-profit boards and organizations including Diversity Leadership Alliance.

 

Linda Garza Kalaf, SPHR, GPHR, MA

Over 20 years as a Human Resources professional with SHRM certifications in SPHR, GPHR and Diversity Train the Trainer.

Linda has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix. She served as an adjunct faculty member at Ottawa University and created the initial course syllabus for "Managing a Culturally Diverse Workforce" graduate level class and taught for 3 years.

As a Diversity/EEO consultant and specialist she has provided consulting and training in the areas of EEO laws and diversity for front line employees and leadership/management teams for various companies. She has worked in the transportation industry for over 30 years and brings a keen awareness to human resource and operational business strategies. Influencing change and creating positive cultures that appreciate, celebrate and value diversity is her passion.

Linda has achieved various recognitions for her work as a diversity champion and her company has received the City of Tempe MLK Diversity Award; Diversity Leadership Alliance Award; Arizona Transit Association Organization of the Year; Women in Transportation Rosa Parks Company Award and Individual Award.

Marion has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Community & Business Relations Development, Diversity amongst/across employment strata, change management and team-building. He has managed local, regional and national initiatives both within healthcare and in the medical education arena, as well as experiences within local, state and federal levels of government. Karen is the current chair for Diversity Leadership Alliance’s Business Development committee.
