For the first time in history, we have 4 generations - a span of 60 years, working side by side in the work place.  Each generation brings with them all the strengths, challenges, values, beliefs that could drain the synergy of the work force, without understanding and open mindedness. 

Workshop objectives

• Discover the values, challenges and beliefs of each generation
• Find perspective on embracing each of the four generations
• Break down barriers and work more efficiently with members of all generations
• Communicate more successfully with members of all generations
