Can you guess what the fastest growing minority population in the world is? Is it Latin American’s or Asian’s? Nope! The answer is individuals with disabilities. This informative and interactive session will educate you on the population and culture of the disabled. This population includes individuals with mental health, physical impairments, injuries, diabetes, ADHD, back conditions and arthritis to name a few.
Conflict Resolution
In this participatory session, you will acquire a full understanding of conflict including the negative impacts on our work environment and develop tools to manage conflict effectively. This workshop will identify root sources of conflict then provide you with remedies to improve your work performance and work relationships.
Creating a Harassment Free Work Environment
Harassment in the work place has cost companies hundreds of millions of dollars a year, damaged their brands, and caused stress to so many people directly and indirectly involved. This workshop provides a “pro-active” solution, helping organizations to clearly understand what constitutes harassment to prevent damages caused by a moment of thoughtlessness, or ignorance.
